Songs for Days

Gabriel Stebbing writes, performs and produces everything here himself, in a studio by the sea in Margate. He has played in Metronomy, Christine & the Queens and Your Twenties, and released two albums as Night Works.

Songs for Days is his childhood dream of being a one-man band, finally realised — eleven songs shaped by Harry Nilsson, Paul McCartney and João Gilberto. Debut album Goat Asleep landed in May 2026 on his own label, 21CC.

Mostly, though, he's an exhausted dad.
